Step 4 is two switches. Both are optional and both default to off.

What these actually do
Neither switch books anything or charges you anything. They exist so the secretariat can count how many people need housing before they arrange it. The admin overview shows the running total of accommodation requests, and staff can filter the registrations list by it.
Somebody will contact you separately about the details. Turning the switch on is a request, not a confirmation.
Note
If your plans change after you register, ask the secretariat to update your record rather than registering again. Staff can toggle both of these on your behalf from the registrations desk.
