Everything you need to do, in order. Each step has its own page; this one is the map.
Before you start
You do not need an account to register. The form is public and takes five minutes. Have ready:
- your full name as you want it printed on your placard and certificate;
- an email address you actually check, because everything important arrives there;
- a WhatsApp number;
- your institution name, unless you are a DTU student;
- if your first-choice committee is double delegation, your partner's name, email and phone.
It is worth opening the portfolio matrix in another tab first so you can see which portfolios are still open before you name your preferences.
What happens after you submit
You are immediately given a private status link, and a confirmation email arrives. Nothing else is required from you until the secretariat allots you a portfolio, which can take days. Do not register twice while you wait; a second registration with the same email is rejected.
