Who it comes from

noreply@deltechmun.in. Add it to your contacts so it does not land in spam. Do not reply to it; the address does not receive mail. The secretariat's real contact address is on the conference homepage and on your payment page.

If an email does not arrive

The important thing to know: a failed email never fails the action. If the allotment email bounces, you are still allotted. The failure is recorded and staff can resend it from your record.

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.

  2. Open your status page or dashboard. It shows the real, current state of your application regardless of what did or did not arrive by email.

  3. If the state there is not what you expected, contact the secretariat and ask them to resend. They can see exactly which messages failed and why.

University and school addresses

Institutional mail servers are the most common cause of missing mail, particularly for the magic link. If you are using a college address and nothing arrives, register or sign in with a personal address instead.
